There is no charge for using this screen. When a price is needed, we'll give you a guideline amount based on what you've told us. It is not a confirmed quotation.
Can I stop partway through?
You can pause at any time. Press "Save for later" at the bottom of the chat to keep your progress and continue afterward.
Who can see the images I attach, and when are they deleted?
Only you can view images or PDFs you attach, once logged in. The files themselves are automatically deleted about 6 months after upload. The record that a file was received is kept.
Does AI answer, or does a person?
AI (TAXMEN) drafts the first response. Before anything is treated as final, we'll ask you to confirm it's correct, and our staff will review before sending final guidance.
Can I consult in English?
Consultations on Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) and Attorney for Customs Procedures (ACP) proceed in English. Other topics are handled in Japanese.
